Frontline - Satisaction Survey

From September – December, Frontline is giving you the opportunity to help shape your on base outlet with a nation wide customer satisfaction survey.

Frontline is proud of the history of supporting the Australian Defence community since 1915. Today Frontline operates on bases throughout QLD, WA, NT and at Puckapunyal. Bases throughout VIC, NSW and SA are operated by Australian Commercial Catering in a joint venture – while ACC is responsible for the daily operations in those states, Frontline retains control of these outlets.

Frontline, which is the trading name of AAFCANS, was established to serve the Defence Members. As a government organization, answerable to the Chiefs of the Army and Air Force, their sole purpose is to provide convenient and competitive on base canteen services which generate surplus funds that are then directed back to Defence Members through direct sponsorship, cash disbursements and community support.

Frontline’s goal is to ensure that all bases are providing the customers with products and services that they want, and therefore feedback from this customer satisfaction survey is vital to ensure members feedback can be gauged and acted upon.

The survey will be running from September - December and customers can submit their feedback either via the online survey by visiting www.surveymonkey.com/s/FDS.

To say thank you to the customers that do participate, each person who submits a survey will go into one of 5 draws for a $100 Coles Myers Gift Card!

Terms and conditions for the national draws:

Period of entry will run from 1st September - 1st December 2010. All entries must include at least a first name, contact phone number and email. Email addresses are collected for verification that only one entry per person is collected. To be a valid entry all questions must be answered. Winners will be selected at random and no preference is given to positive feedback responses.

Vouchers will be drawn every 3 weeks from the pool of received entries in that period. Vouchers will be drawn on the 15th September, 6th October, 27th October, 17th November and 1st December. Winners will be notified by phone and vouchers will be sent directly to the winner.
